Shivani has given several performances in India and abroad in Europe, America, UAE, China and South Africa. She has received awards for her achievements in this field from the India Foundation and from the Chief Minister of Delhi. Before giving performances on national television, Shivani also gave a series of lecture demonstrations on Odissi Dance to school children through the Times Of India- Newspaper In Education programme. She has also performed with Ramli Ibrahim.
